As the stormy winds blow, my spirit ebbs and flows.
Breathing in to gather and rekindle that which has been strewn about my nearest atmosphere; separated but not beyond reach and revival.
Never healing; always changing and accommodating.
Transition.
Renew.
Gracefully work through obstacles to remember who we are. 
I did...and then I forgot.
Who I was then, is not what got me here now.
Then is still there waiting for next time and tomorrow.
This moment is the only one that has prospect.
Remember. Never forget.
...and when you do, remember again.
The only thing constant is you.
