    Part 1: Informed Consent

    ​Research Consent Form - Letter of Information: Hello, we are Vaughn, Tiffany, and Alison, Psychology A280 students at Orange Coast College.  We are conducting a study for an Experimental Methods Lab.  If you agree to participate, you will not be identified personally, we will keep a record only of the answers you give us to the questions. The questionnaire will be kept completely confidential and is anonymous.  Initials are only required in order for us to pair your responses to the sets of questions.  Once the responses have been recorded in a file, we will be presenting the total results to our class in a written assignment for our professor.  You can choose to quit at anytime.  If you are interested in participating, please select "I Consent" from the drop down menu below.
